When does qualifying period start

Sorry to butt in. I have a general question in relation to the same topic. If someone were to switch from ICT to Skilled Worker Tier 2 within the UK, when does the qualifying period start for that person (assume there is a gap between the end of the ICT visa and the date of start of Tier 2 SW visa).
For e.g., Iet's say ICT visa ends on 1 April 2023. The visa application date for SW Tier 2 visa is 1 March 2023. The SW Tier 2 visa was granted on 1 July 2023. When does the qualifying period for ILR start?

For people who switched in the UK, the qualifying period for ILR under the skilled worker visa starts from the date your initial skilled worker visa was
granted in the UK. The time spent waiting without the visa is covered under section 3C which means your ICT visa was automatically extended after 1 April 2023 until your new visa was granted on 1 July 2023 .
