It is ILR on form SET M for a spouse visa holder.
Your qualifying period starts from the date you Entered the uk on a spouse visa. You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before 19th September 2023

Hi all,
I joined this platform about 5 years ago and I must admit the information and knowledge here has really helped with my previous applications.
I will be 5 years in the UK on September 19th. Can someone advise when I can submit an application please.
Also, my husband has a house in his name. I also have a house in my name only. We live in my husband's house. We have all correspondence addressed to us both joint and individually to my husband's house where we live.
However, due to the conditions of buying my own house, I have only my HMRC records addressed to me in my house.
I want to know if its ok to use my husband's house as our only place of abode for my application. Will my other address on my HMRC records affect me in any way please.
I would be glad if someone can advise me on this.
Thanks so much

You only need to use one address.
