Does SP30 in a magistrate court affect ILR after a statutory declaration?

Hi,

I am applying for ILR in Sept 2023, and I am a bit worried about the following penalty

SP30Penalty
points: 5
Offence date: 17 Sep 2021
Offence date: 17 Sep 2021
Expiry date: 17 Sep 2024
Removal date: 17 Sep 2025

Offence details
SP30: Exceeding statutory speed limit on a public road
Penalty points: 5
Fine: £428.00
Court/Fixed penalty office
2375: Name unavailable

basically what happened is that I was issued this fine and it was sent to my previous address because I haven't updated car owner address (V5 form). Later it went to magistrate court and was escalated to 5 pts and £800ish fine. Because I was a new driver, my license was revoked and then became aware of the whole thing (have been updating address on my driving license). I made a statutory declaration and this was reduced to 5 pts and £428 as above.

My question is: would this affect my ILR application? would this considered as if I was taken to the court and I need to wait 24 months to apply for ILR? if so, would the 24 months count from the offense or from the court order (I think the magistrate settled in April 2022).

Many thanks

It has no effect on ILR
