MOI letter - for dependant visa to ILR

Hello Gurus, Moderators,
My wife was on tier 2 general previously and she completed ILR and citizenship route. I am on dependant visa and will be applying for ILR next year.
I recall when she applied for ILR, she requested for MOI from her University.
Can you please confirm whether MOI letter would be required in my case as well when I would apply for ILR?

For ILR, there is need to meet English Language Proficiency requirements, how do you intend to meet this?

I have a degree in engineering with certificate in English. If I send this to nariac, will I also need to send MOI?

I think that is not true for the dependants.

You need to apply under Visas and Nationality service (English proficiency) from Ecctis
