Hi,

I am about to launch my ILR application in a week's time. Currently, I am living in spouse dependent Visa, I have a query with regards to the financial requirements as stated below. Can someone please answer?

I am providing 12months payslips and bank statements (Sept 2022 - Aug 2023) prior to the date of application.

1. Sept 2022 to Feb 2023 (Previous Employer)
2.Mar 2023 to Aug 2023 (Current Employer)

I had my baby in 2021 and took a year break, i resumed my work in May 2022 for reduced hours. My letter of employment states my salary as £21,000 (pro rata). I got paid into my bank account for the reduced hours. (Monthly salary).

So, my question is should I need to declare I was working for reduced hours though I meet the financial requirements or should i need to combine my husband's income as well. Please advise.

Salary Calculation
1 Sep-22 1,206.90 Part-time
2 Oct-22 1,206.90 Part-time
3 Nov-22 1,206.90 Part-time
4 Dec-22 1,206.90 Part-time
5 Jan-23 1,206.90 Part-time
6 Feb-23 1,120.00 Part-time
7 Mar-23 2,093.59 Full time
8 Apr-23 1,916.67 Full time
9 May-23 1,916.67 Full time
10 Jun-23 1,916.67 Full time
11 Jul-23 1,916.67 Full time
12 Aug-23 1,916.67 Full time

18,831.44

Thanks, in advance.

Have you been with your current employer for more than 6 months? Then you only need payslips covering the least 6 months under category A

Dont confuse things up. Simply use you previous 6months pay slips and corresponding bank account statements as the income from then meets Category A requirements.
