URGENT - ILR APP SPONSOR NUMBER NOT FOUND

Hi,
Is anyone having this problem where after putting in the number for your sponsor, it's coming up on the ILR application as 'Licence number not found'? I've check with my sponsor the last few days and I know it is the correct number and they are still a sponsor (I've checked the list of sponsors). I've seen on past posts that this can be a technical glitch but wanted to check if anyone else is having the same problem!
