ILR - Meternity Absense

Hi All,

My Wife has been staying in UK from past 8 years 8 month with FLR (M). she went to india during here meternity period ( 2 times, 1.3 year and 1.3 year = 2.6 year), so she was outside UK nearly 2.6 years. when calculating last 5 years, she was out side UK nearly 8 months). My wife mainly whent to india for perental assistance during her pregnenancy. Can anyone please suggest me whether she is eligible for ILR?

When calculating 5 years, she was in india starting month last 5 years.

There is no absence limit under the family route. Why are you thinking of applying now ? Did she hold family visas throughout the whole period?

Ex: last 5 years calculated based on today date: 13/10/2018 to 13/10/2023 ( first 8 months she was out side uk in this 5 years period)

Actully She was out side Uk from 01/5/2018 to 01/09/2019

please suggest me if she is eligible for UK ILR or not?

Yes, She is holding FLR(M) throughout whole period, thanks

Her absences do not matter. There is no absence limit
