ILR APPLICAITON QUERY

HI All,
I am on skilled worker visa, qualified to apply for ILR. I have just filled an online applicaiton for ILR SET(O), however the application has no mention about English language... it does as for Life in the UK test thought.
I am little confused, last year oneo fmy friends applied for ILR, I reviewed his applciaiton form and there is a mention of English language test and details.
I would really appreciate, if some one suggests or clarify.

If you have previously met the English language requirements and proved it e.g. under Skilled Worker route, you may not have to or be asked to prove it again since this was successfully proven in previous application.

Hi mate,
Many thanks for the prompt response.
For the initial Tier-2 applicaiton back in 2018, I submitted IELTs certificate, at a later date in 2021 for renewal I forgot to send the copy of the IELTs then UKVI rasied a qurey for the english laungage cert then I forwarded the old copy and they accepted. At the time of renewal, the applicaiton did ask for the English language details. But not for ILR the system only propmted for Life in the UK test only.

Tier 2 no longer exists. Since the introduction of the skilled worker route (which replaced Tier 2), there is NO English language requirement for ILR. You do not need anything
