Super priority ILR delayed

Dear All

I applied for ILR for me and my dependents under super priority but the decision is not arrived yet. Its been 10 days so far.

Biometrics done: 27th October 2023
Additional documents requested: 30th October 2023
Additional documents submitted on: 31st October 2023
Decision arrived: Still Waiting
BRP arrived: Still Waiting

There are no service guarantees. If additional documents are requested this means that the application needs more investigation. Wait to hear back :!:

My company applied also with a super priority service. Me and my family's biometrics was taken towards the end of Sep. Company's lawyers were replied that there were a technical IT issue regarding my application.
