I am new to this channel and I am so pleased to come across it.
I am about to apply for my ILR SET M application and I have few questions. I will appreciate your support in this.
My initial marriage visa was issued on 29 Jan 2019, the last visa is expiring on 4 Mar 2024.
Could you please let me know when is the completion of my 5 years. Also if I apply the 28 days what is the exact date I can launch my application.
Do I have to provide 5 year documents for me and my husband to show that we are still together?
I have been away many times in business and holidays, will those days be counted against my continuous stay, they were like less than a week each time I travel.
Lastly, Can I still get supper priority appointment, as I heard that no much appointments available.
I would be grateful if you can give me some insight especially about the right time to apply online.

What date did you ENTER the UK on a Spouse Visa (not a Fiance Visa)//

Your qualifying period starts from the date you entered the UK on a spouse visa (not a fiance visa).

Also if I apply the 28 days what is the exact date I can launch my application.

Depends what your date of entry is.

Last TWO years only.

There is NO absence limit for spouse visa holders.

Super priority is a UKVI service, if available. Super Priority has nothing to do with the UKVCAS Biometric appointment. Super Priority is also not a guaranteed service.
