Dear Team,

I am applying for an ILR (Tier 2 General/Skilled Worker dependant, 5-year route) for myself and my daughter, and I stumbled across a section while filling up the online form for which I require some advice. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out.

I arrived in the UK on 17/08/2017 (17/08/2017 - 15/07/2020), extended on Nov 18, 2020 (18/11/2020 - 14/04/2022). The latest leave to remain was granted on 28/02/2022 (28/02/2022 - 14/04/2024)

I undertook several trips between now and then. Below are the details:
08/02/2018 - 23/07/2018 = 166 Days
06/06/2019 - 04/08/2019 = 60 Days
18/06/2022 - 29/08/2022 = 73 Days

This brings me to the following two questions in the set(O) form.

Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since Jan 11, 2018?
-> I believe the answer here should be YES

Should I report all the above absences or those after Nov 18, 2020, when I extended my leave to remain?

Thanks,

Answer yes.

You only list absences from the visa extension issued in Nov 2020

Thanks @Zimba,

So, are the Declaration and Consent form one and the same?

Declaration signed by Mr Mr (My Husband)XXXXXXXXXX to confirm consent for the Home Office to
request verification checks

Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on Mr (My Husband)XXXXXXXXXX
for joint accounts or third party support
