FLRM -- ILR application

Hello,
My query is in regards to my ILR application
1: Eligibility:
Date Visa was issued: 13th November, 2018
Entered UK: 8th December, 2018
As per my understanding it is 8th December minus 28 days. Is that correct.
Can biometrics can be done before 8th December 2023 or needs to be done
after completing 5 years
2. I have UK Naric certificate which was used for initial application and
for extension as well. Naric statement has both Academic Qualification Statement Level
and English Language Proficiency Statement. Two separate certificates. Do I need to
get revised statement from ECCITS or current statement should be fine

1. Yes it is correct. Biometrics preferably after eligibility date if applying using priority
2. Old documents obtained via NARIC Red route should acceptable

Thank you so much for your guidance. One more question please:
After application if my husband wants to change his job, can he do that. Do we need to notify home office about the change. He is going to be my main sponsor. New job will be much more then home office requirement.

He can change job with no need to inform. Should not impact the application negatively.

ILR APPLICATION : SPOUSE TO BRITISH CITIZEN

Hello All,
Hope you all are doing good.
My visa status is dependent to British Citizen. We have a child who is 3 year old. I have 2 questions:
1. Date of entry in UK - 8th December 2018
I am eligible to make application now as it is 28 days before date of entry. In the application there is a question how long have you been in UK. Should I write 4 years and 11 months or should I write 5 years a I am going to book biometrics after 8th December. I am going to submit application tonight.
2. We are eligible for 30 hours funding for childcare as my husband who is British Citizen will make application. My details will go on application as the mother of child. Will this affect my application, Is it classed as public funds
Thank you

4 years 11 months. Date of application is the key date, not date of biometrics.

Nope it doesn't affect you. Your husband is the one making the application, as he has a right to. It's public fund but you're not the one accepting it. The login would be his account.
Thank you

Thank you so much for your reply.
If they read 4 years and 11 months on application, hope they wont reject it stating that you haven't completed 5 years in the country. Apologies for silly question.
Lot of money is at risk hence probably overthinking.

No it won't be rejected, the forum is replete with similar cases as yours and that were successful. You will be alright.

ILR eligibility is NOT determined based on what you answer on the form. It is based on the lawful residence you accumulated until the date of the decision. You can read on this here:
How to apply early and benefit from the date of the ILR decision ?

Good Morning,
One more query please. Date on entry is 8th December 2018. I have submitted application. I was advised better to book biometrics after 8th December, Can I book biometrics exactly on 8th December.

Good Evening,
I have submit application for ILR on 4th December. Booked appointment for Biometrics on 10th December Afternoon. I have finished uploading documents today but can't find submit option. Website says you cannot submit till the time of your appointment. Have I missed the deadline to submit doc or their agents will submit it at the time of biometrics appointment,
Really stressed about it

You can only self submit if it is 48 or more hours before your biometric appointment.
UKVCAS will submit everything on the day of your appointment.

On the website they haven’t specified anywhere that need to be done before 48 hours. I hope it’s not going to be a problem that I haven’t submitted on time
