ILR form

I recently got ILR ( November 2024). The immigration status of my husband is still Dependent on a tier 2 skilled worker visa. We are planning to apply for ILR for him in February. I am confused about which option to choose for their ILR application. whether he should apply as a dependent on a work visa or as a dependent of a person settled in the UK.

Their ILR depends on your previous status. Apply using form SET(O)

Thank You, In the first section where they ask about the person you are joining. would it be a contrast, if I gave my immigration status as a Skilled worker and the details of my current BRP which is the ILR BRP card details?

Noting that this is ILR application, may I ask you
How have you done it in the past for applications to HO?

Sorry, I can't remember, that's Why I asked. Checked my ILR application as well, but it only shows one name. So I tried putting a hash symbol in the sir name box which seems to have resolved the issue.
His visa was issued in February 2019. There was a question about the dependent
Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
should answer yes to this question.
Honestly, I didn't get the exact meaning of it.

Good evening,
Can you please give a clarification on the declaration forms to be signed as part of the ILR application ( dependent)?
There is a third form: a consent form for the home office to verify information from a third-party sponsor.
which is about the person who provides the applicant with financial support. However, I did not find any questions relating to financial support while filling out the application. Does this one need to be signed and submitted as well?

Part 3 should be ignored

Sorry to ask, but two questions confused me in the consent section.
Is the account with a bank or utility company for
which you have supplied information and
supporting documentation held jointly by you and
other people?
Does the account with the bank or utility company
for which you have supplied information and
supporting documentation relates to another
a person who is to provide you with financial support?
are these questions relevant to applying for ILR as dependent, should I answer Yes or no for these questions?

Thank you, but I have not provided any such information regarding the bank or utility company. If I answer yes for both, should I submit the third part of the declaration ( about third-party sponsors)which seems to be related to this question? Sorry this all makes me very confused

Apologies,The reason why I asked is because when I answered yes to the question
Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?
it is shown that
That person (or, if the account is a joint account, all customers) should download, sign and return the following declaration: Declaration of third-party consent for any person who is to provide you with financial support
You should download and print this declaration now. A copy will also be available to download once you have paid for your application. If we do not have their consent then we may not be able to take that evidence into account when considering your application, and so your application may be refused.

The answer is still NO!! Unclear what it is you are unsure of!!

There were two questions in that part
Is the account with a bank or utility company for
which you have supplied information and
supporting documentation held jointly by you and
other people? for which I answered -Yes ,since Council tax and utility bills are joint
Second one
Does the account with the bank or utility company No
for which you have supplied information and
supporting documentation relate to another
person who is to provide you financial support?
I answered No, since there is no financial support unless it means that we share the utility expenses
Just want to make sure that I answered these questions correctly

Correct. You are overthinking this completely.
Third Party Sponsor is a person (not a company) other than you and your spouse applying.

Much appreciated, Sorry, I am overthinking because it costs a lot of money for three people. Thank you for your patience.
