I recently got ILR ( November 2024) 2023 you mean?. The immigration status of my husband is still Dependent on a tier 2 skilled worker visa. We are planning to apply for ILR for him in February. I am confused about which option to choose for their ILR application. whether he should apply as a dependent on a work visa or as a dependent of a person settled in the UK.

Thank You, In the first section where they ask about the person you are joining. would it be a contrast, if I gave my immigration status as a Skilled worker and the details of my current BRP which is the ILR BRP card details?

Sorry, I can't remember, that's Why I asked. Checked my ILR application as well, but it only shows one name. So I tried putting a hash symbol in the sir name box which seems to have resolved the issue.

His visa was issued in February 2019. There was a question about the dependent

should answer yes to this question. Answer is Yes

which is about the person who provides the applicant with financial support. However, I did not find any questions relating to financial support while filling out the application. Does this one need to be signed and submitted as well?
