Hi ,

I have got a query regarding inclusion of the continuous stay in UK for 10 years ILR route.
Entered UK on 10/03/2014 on Tier 2 ICT 1 year visa and returned to home country on 01/03/2015 , at this time my Tier 2 ICT Leave to remain or leave was valid until 04/03/2015.
Again entered UK on 14/04/2025 (visa was valid from 01/04/2015) on Tier 2 ICT Long term visa and stayed in UK on different valid visas.

Gap between 14/04/2015 ( entered UK on new visa ) and 01/03/2015 is 44 days.

if i consider first entry date to UK as 10/03/2014 for 10 year long residence route, will there be any issue for continuous residence period?

Thank you.
