Confusion regrading new ILR rules

Hi,

My SOC code 2137 is from SOC 2010, but there has been an update in SOC, which is the new SOC 2020. Under the old SOC 2010, I was given the ongoing rate of £26,800. However, in the new SOC 2020 my job code has been changed to 2141, where the minimum ongoing salary requirement is £35,800. Therefore, during the application for ILR, will they check if I was on the new minimum salary of £35,800 in the year 2024? I will be applying for ILR in December 2026.

Thank you

The new lower going rate will apply at the ILR stage, so you must be making at least £35,800 if that is the lower going rate under your SOC
