Hello. Can band 7 sonographer ( 2254) be paid 23800 yearly salalry to qualify for ILR later ? Came here 2023 january . Its a health care visa. Old code was 2217.

We can't tell you what the rules will be in 2028 when you qualify for ILR. They change often and you will need to keep an eye on ukvi changes.

The rules may change in the future but currently and as the rules stand, you will not qualify for ILR with such a low salary.
The going rate for Band 7 of national pay scales for eligible healthcare occupation codes like 2254, starts at £40,057 and that is if you work in Northern Ireland. If you work in other parts of the UK, then the going rate will be even higher.
