Will my ILR application be refused due to the missing consent form?

Hello,

I recently attended a biometric appointment for my ILR application and realized that I did not upload the consent form allowing the Home Office to request verification checks. Although I showed the signed consent form to the UKVCAS officer, they did not ask me to upload it. In my previous visa appointments, I did not usually upload this form, but I am unsure if UKVCAS scanned it on those occasions. Since this application is for ILR, I am concerned after reading on the consent form that "You must send this with your supporting documents. If you fail to do so, your application may be refused."

My questions are:

1. Will my ILR application be refused due to the missing consent form?
2. Has anyone experienced a similar situation, and what was the outcome?
3. Can I email the Home Office to provide this form now?

I greatly appreciate your time in addressing my query and am sincerely grateful for any advice.

Many thanks,
Hung

If there is a missing document, UKVI will ask you to submit it. Refusal is very unlikely

2. Has anyone experienced a similar situation, and what was the outcome? Yes, was contacted to provide it
3. Can I email the Home Office to provide this form now? Better wait to be contacted

I greatly appreciate your time in addressing my query and am sincerely grateful for any advice.
