Employment Letter advice required

Hi guys,

I am applying for my wife ilr application (finally) and have received a confirmation of employment letter from my employer which I am not sure will be sufficient to meet the home office requirements.

1 )My employer has said I work full time which is 37.5 hours per week when I am actually classed as a part time employee as I only work 34.5 hrs a week

2) My employer has also calculated my basic annual salary on 37.5 hrs rather than the 34.5 hrs

3) In the 6 months of wages slips that I am providing my wage has risen from £11.22 to £11.44 (national minimum wage increase and then to £11.56 which was incorrect and should have been £11.78

My recent pay slip now shows that I earn £11.78 per hour but the employment letter has based my annual salary on the incorrect figure of £11.56

My last 6 payslips show that I earn enough money to meet the requirements but I am wondering what potential issues the employment letter could cause in the application

Thanks in advance.

The caseworker will rely on your payslips to calculate the income, so the employer letter is not critical.

Ok but do you think it's worth me getting the employer to change anything on the letter?
