Hi, I was on skilled worker visa and it converted into ILR earlier this year. I now want to apply for an ILR application of my child under 10 who is still on my old skilled worker visa dependent. Can anyone advise which application form I need to fulfill for this route?

At the moment only myself has the ILR. My spouse and my child joined me later in the UK due to which I couldn't include them in my ILR application. Now they have fullfilled the time period and are elegible for ILR. I want to apply for my child ILR first because my spuse is still need to pass the Life in the UK test. So I want to continue application for child at least and later when she pass the exam she would be able to apply at later stage

You can't do that.

Your child only qualifies to apply for ilr when your spouse does. You cannot apply for the child before your spouse.

The skilled worker dependent rules prevent what you want to do.

Ok in that case I will wait for my spouse to pass the Life in UK test. However, can you please guide which application form is needed to fill for the application?

Thanks, can you please also advise if it is mandatory to pass both life in UK and English test for ILR application or she can delay for later stage until naturalization process?

Yes. Adults under 65 years old require both English language and Life in the UK for ILR.

If he fails KoLL, then they may extend for 3 years before their leave expires.
