I am applying for my Spouse ILR on SET(M) 5 years route. Here is the timelines from start of the Visa

First Visa Issue Date : 13-08-19
First Entry in the UK : 25-08-19

Online Application Submitted (and Payment Done) for ILR SET(M) 5 years route on : 24-07-2024
Biometric Appointment Date for ILR : 3rd August 2024

Have I submitted my application withing the 28 days qualifying period or I have to cancel and submit again a new application?

What is my wife's ILR Qualifying date. Please URGENT help is required.. Please if someone can tell exact date she qualifies to submit the application.

Date of ILR eligibility = First Entry in the UK + 5 years - 28 days
As long as the date of biometrics is after this, you should be ok
