ILR Eligibility

I am writing to enquire about my eligibility for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and to seek clarification on my continuous residence period.:

My immigration history so far:
- Arrived in the UK in October 2019 on a Tier 2 Dependent Visa
- Switched to a Skilled Worker Visa in December 2021
- Changed sponsorship in August 2023 (remaining on a Skilled Worker Visa)
- In none of these years (starting from Oct 29 till date), do I have any period where I was out of UK for more than 180 days

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on below questions

- Did my ILR clock reset at any point during these visa switches?
- When would I be eligible to apply for ILR?

I understand that the general requirement for ILR is 5 years of continuous residence, but I'm uncertain how my visa changes may have affected this timeline.

Time spent under main and dependent routes cannot be combined for ILR, so your ILR clock restarted in December 2021. You would be eligible within 28 days of completing your 5 years under the skilled worker route by late 2026
