Indefinite Leave to Remain

Asking on behalf of my friend, as she said below,

I am working full time and my ILR is due in a few months, today my husband received his PIP confirmation and soon he will be getting the disability benefits,.
We are preparing all my documentation for ILR M, including my six months payslips and 6 months bank statements to meet the financial requirement. However, it seems to be leading me to a different route and asking for details about my husbands PIP benefits and his bank statement. I will be very thankful if someone could advise me.
If I select ‘NO’ on the benefits question and continue with application, I will list my employment under Category A and explain his benefits in the cover letter. But I don't want to utilize his benefits in the application, which would lead to adequate maintenance etc
Please GUIDE me,
Many Thnaks

Note that the answers on the form should not be treated as full disclosure or it could lead to confusion. If she chooses that their partner is getting PIP, the application system assumes they want to apply via the adequate maintenance route. She better answer NO as it seems she wants to apply under category A

If we select NO, would they not find out that my husband is claiminin PIP and wouldn't this cause a problem later because they might say we didn't disclose this information?

Should I write in her cover letter, the details about her partner's PIP income? and mention that she is relying on her own employment Instead or is it not relevant at all? I want to use my employement to meet the financial requirement? Thanks

No. The question is used to determine the route for your eligibility as I explained. Also the fact that he is getting PIP is not going to affect your application

Many thanks for your reply,
another question, as she ended her job in November 2024 and after 4 months gap she started a job again from April 2024 and she is on a spouse visa 5 years route from September 14th 2019 living in UK, and her partner is a british citizen. Her FLR (M) is going to expire on November 15th 2024.

My question is does she need to mention her previous job which ended in November 2023 or can she apply/rely after completion of 6 months from April 2024 for ILR in October 2024 ? Please guide me.
Many thanks

So after completion of 6 months from April 2024, can she apply for ILR or before expiry of BRP card ?
Many thanks

I just check online application , the question is asking
"Do you want to add a previous job from within the last 12 months? " So she should say "No" to this question?

Correct. She only needs to rely on her job over the last 6 months when applying under category A

No it only applies if you are moving to this visa route now, NOT getting a visa extension under the route

Went for holidays for three times in the last 5 years,
11 days in 2022, 7 days in 2023 and 7 days in 2024 passport enrty and exit stamps shows all these dates.
Do i need to mention these dates in ILR application? Thanks
