ILR application and child benefit

As an ILR holder, if I claim Child Benefit for my daughter who is not eligible for public funds currently under her current visa status (Tier-2 Dependent, no recourse to public fund), will this affect her ILR eligibility? I already applied and got the child benefits. But, now a bit worried whether it’s going impact her ILR application anyway. Can anyone please advise or share experience? Do I need to mention this in her ILR application?
