UK NARIC/ECCTIS QUESTION FOR ILR APPLICATION

Post by Amy2000 » Fri Oct 04, 2024 10:31 pm

Hi

I have a question regarding whether I need further documents from ECCTIS or whether what I have from UK NARIC will be sufficient

I am on a spouse visa, married to a British citizen and I will be applying for ILR at the end of the year.

I have the following 2 documents from UK NARIC from 2016

1) Medical degree from Malaysian university which is considered comparable to British bachelors honours degree standard

2) Medical degree from Malaysian university this is considered to meet the English language proficiency requirements for CEFR level C1

The home office have asked for the following

1) AN Academic Qualification Level Statement (AQUALS) from Ecctis (formerly UK NARIC) confirming the degree is equivalent to a UK qualification.

2)If your degree is from a non-majority English-speaking country you’ll also need an English Language Proficiency Statement (ELPS) from Ecctis confirming the degree was taught in English

Based on the two UK NARIC documents I have from 2016, do I need anything more before I make my ILR application with these two docuements?

Any advice is appreciated

Then you can reuse it. It has already been accepted.
