Ten Year Partner Route to ILR

Hi All,
I’m on the ten-year partner route since January 16, 2015. Am I right in thinking that I’ll qualify for ILR from December 18, 2024? I will need to do the Life in the UK (LIUK) and English language tests (B1?), correct? Also, are there priority appointments available for the LTR route, or is it just a first-come, first-served scenario?
Thanks!

Yes. There is no such thing as a priority appointment. Priority visa service determines the visa processing speed AFTER you enrol your biometrics

Thank you so much Zimba and understood on priority service, once last question maybe many more to come around the time but for now just curious to know as married to British citizen and on flr FP route, can I apply for naturalisation straight after I receive my ILR visa confirmation? Or do I have to wait for 1 year ?
Thanks

Spouse of a British citizen can apply to naturalise immediately after getting ILR

Hello,
I need some advice. My first visa under the Ten-Year Partner Route was granted on January 16, 2015, making me eligible to apply for ILR on December 18. Is it possible for me to submit my application earlier in December and schedule my biometrics appointment after the 18th, or should I wait and apply right after December 18? Also, should I use the SET(LR) form for my application?
Regards

Thanks Zimba, I’ll apply around first week and book appointment for anything after 18th.
I could use some advice on this as well please-I booked Life in the UK test for 10:00 am, and the B1 test at 11:45 am. Am I cutting it too close, or do you think I’ll be finished by 11:00 am so can make it to the B1 test, which is a 10-minute walk away?
Thanks

The LIUK test is very easy for most people, so I'd say 15 minutes is enough to be done with it. I remember mine took less than 5 minutes. However, this is different for each person and some may need more time. I suggest leaving a reasonable gap between the tests just to be safe.
