Hello, please I need help

Entry Clearance issue: 8th January 2020 (SPOUSE VISA)
Entered in UK: 1st February 2020

1. I used the online immigration calculator and said that I am eligible ILR on 11th Dec. 2024 (So I thought it will be 28 days before 8th Jan. 2020), but other people said it should be 28 days before arrival.

2. I did my Online application for ILR SET M on 28th December 2024.
3. My Biometrics appointment is on 10th January 2025.
4. My 5th anniversary (entered in the UK) is 1st February 2025.

Do I need to cancel my application? Will I get the full refund? Thank you.

You do not need to do anything. The date of application is not that critical.
You will benefit from the date of ILR decision which will be within 28 days of completing your 5 years.

Hi All,

-I applied for ILR SET M. I declared my current employer since i've been working with them from 3rd June 2024. I am on my notice period and my last in the company is on 13th January 2025.

-My employer provided me a Letter of Employment, stated that my last day is on the 13th January 2025.

-I've got a new job - will be starting on the 14th January 2025.

Question:
1. I did my ILR online application on 28th Dec. 2024, Biometrics : 10th January 2025.
do i need to declare my new Job? I haven't officially started working with them.

Your job claims will be based on what was true on the date of application. What happened later is irrelevant
