Hi All - I am about to submit my ILR application (Set(O)). On all my COS from my employer the SOC code was 2136. But it was changed to 2134 in the April 2024 Update by UKVI. I am confused now which SOC code need to use in ILR application as my SOC Code is referring to old in all my COS. I am meeting the salary criteria what is mentioned in SOC code list for all the COS assigned before April 2024.
Also can you confirm What SOC code my HR should be using in the company letter?

The Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes assigned to each role have been simply updated by the UKVI from the 2010 codes to the 2020 codes, so both the old SOC and the new 2020 SOC should effectively refer to the same role. You should use the 2020 SOC to determine your salary requirement for ILR.

You can search for your job title to find the correct 2020 SOC here: https://cascotweb.warwick.ac.uk/#/class ... on/soc2020
