Hello,

I want to check few thing for my ILR Application. I have initially being granted the Vignette dated 16/03/2020 and also the BRP which says dated 11/03/2020 but then due to Covid Locdown I couldn't travel and again got the appointment for the VFS in July 2020 and they have reissued me the Vignette dated 28/09/2020 and I have entered in UK on 11/10/2020

Given the first vignette issue was in March 2020 I have already completed the 5 years but my absence from that day to my entry was high then 180 days (approx. 209 days), Will home office considered this under concession as it was due to Covid travel restriction? And if yes what additional documents we need to submit along with that ? Further to that I have also change my Job in March 2022 so I need to get the previous Employer letter as well ? Thank you.

Safest is to wait for September issued vignette. It's a lot of money to gamble with. From the way I look at it. It was deactivated after 180 days.

Thanks for your response.

In that case can I site the Covid concession as I had the Email communication to home office to provide me the slots but they only responded in July 2020 and I got the vignette being issued again in Sept 2020 only but has the initially vignette in my passport and also the BRP issue on 11/03/2020

Are there any specific guidance as UKVI which says that covid concession applied ?

You have been posting this under several other posts. Please refrain from doing this !
Concessions are strictly granted by UKVI and there is no specific guide or rule that says how they exercise this. It is up to the UKVI to grant any concession as they see fit. If you normally do not qualify and you want to seek concession, then there exists a risk of refusal, which you have to accept. No one can tell you what to expect and what would be the outcome if you applied
