Hi Team,
We are in confusion to start with IRL application due to following case,
1. We had received first stamp on 25/03/2020-24/04/2020 to travel UK but due to COVID restrictions from UK, my family could not travel UK.
2. UK mentioned to get another stamp from visa services to get new stamp as the stamp mentioned in first case was not valid. My family received stamp 19/08/2020-17/11/2020 and came to UK 03/09/2020 physically.
Would you please guide us which start date could be applicable for continous period of 5 years route.
Let me know in case more information required.

The 5 years is from the very first visa approval date, so your 5 years started on 25/03/2020

Hi Team,
My wife is applying for ILR application. She has passed Life In the UK test. She has Post graduation degree certificate(Mixed transcript as English and Hindi) from India and done all courses in English language. I have below three questions,
1. Does it sufficient to upload degree certificate with the IRL application.
2. If we would need to take ECCTIS certificate then can we just upload degree certificate with identity documents to their portal OR do we need to also upload all the semester marksheets for 2 years post graduation course. Currently she dose not have all marksheets of semesters.
3. Does She need to pass english Language B1 test.
Appreciate in advance for your help.
Thanks

They either have to pass the SELT at B1 or apply for Ecctis certificate.
To understand what Ecctis may require to issue the certificates, contact Ecctis directly
Here is what the rules require you to provide:
Non-majority English-speaking countries
If the applicant has a degree that was taught or researched in a non-majority English-speaking country they must provide:
• their degree certificate
• an Academic Qualification Level Statement (AQUAL) from Ecctis (formerly UK NARIC) confirming the qualification is equivalent to a UK qualification
• an English language Proficiency Statement (ELPS) from Ecctis (formerly UK NARIC), which will confirm that the degree was taught in English
