Hello Experts:
Following is my scenario:
1. My skilled worker visa starts from April 28, 2020 to May 15, 2025.
2. My Wife dependent visa starts from May 30, 2020 to May 15, 2025.
3. My Child dependent visa starts from May 30, 2020 to May 15, 2025.
We all came on June 19, 2020.
I believe I can apply for ILR between April 1 to April 28, 2025 (correct me if I am wrong)
How about my wife and child (Age 11). they can apply for ILR between May 3 to 15, 2025? do they can apply for ILR as my application for the ILR must be in the process at that time (correct me I am wrong)?
What ILR FORM for myself and dependent needs to be used.
I would appreciate if some one let me know the documents required for following ILR applications?
1. Skilled worker
2. Depended Partner
3. Dependent Child
I would appreciate the reply from experts like @zimba
Thank you in advance.

I would suggest you all apply together around early May as you will all be eligible by then. It will be just a single SET(O) application for all of you. You need an employer letter, your latest payslip and a bank statement. Your spouse needs to provide cohabitation evidence. These plus LIUK for both and proof of English for your spouse.
Make sure to read the links below:

Please guide me.

You can apply any time before your visa expires.
It is NOT mandatory to apply within 28 days before 5 years. That is just the earliest you can apply.

Thank you CR and Zimba
My wife has UK NARIC English proficiency certificate issued way back in 2015.
Do we need to get the new one or Home office accept this or we need to get the new one from ECCTIS?
Please guide.

@zaimba Thank you
Is the ILR(O) form needs to be filled separately for dependent partner and child or their details will be filled with the main applicant?

Hello Every one,
As far as I know still there is no change or news about change in ILR from 5 to 10 Years for current skilled workers but last year home office raised salary to 29K or going rate for particular job code which over is LOWER, does Home office mentioned anything with regards to salary requirement for currently skilled worker holders on July 1?
I would appreciate the reply and if there is any link, please share with us.
Regards,
