Salary sacrifice - Pension

I am currently applying for ILR in the near future under skilled worker 5 year route. The salary criteria for SOC 2133, as per the new regulations, is £54900, and I make £57k. But because of my pension salary reduction, my gross pay is now £53,900. Is submitting an application after July 22 grounds for rejection?

There are no new rules that change the ILR requirement under Skilled worker rules at all. Please refrain from repeating this mindlessly without understanding the changes. Also, any salary deductions like pension is NOT changing your gross salary level. Gross pay is the pay
before any tax or pension deductions
