Hi guys,
I am currently residing in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa and would like to inquire about applying for ILR.
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... led-worker
Regarding item SWV 21.2 (i) in the link above (Covid Concession),
Does my current situation meet the 5-year residency requirement as described in the link, based on the date of my Skilled Worker application (15 July 2020)?
Tier 5 (Youth Mobility)
Issue Date: 30 August 2018
Expiration Date: 16 September 2020
Tier 2 (General)
Application Date: 15 July 2020
Issue Date: 4 October 2020
Expiration Date: 27 September 2025
Thank you for your response!

Thank you for your reply, Simba. Do I need to specifically mention that when I apply?

No
Sorry, one more question for you, Simba.
Should I make an appointment for Biometric on the day after 5years of residence, which is later than 3 October, or can I book on the date closest available to my ILR application date?

As I said, you are already eligible for ILR. When you book your appointment is irrelevant now

Thank you! I am making an application now. What date should I put for "When did you first enter the UK?" Tier 2 Visa Applied date or granted date?

That question is NOT relevant to the ILR decision-making process, just enter the date you actually entered the UK for the first time
Uploaded Consent form wrongly for ILR application

Hi Guys,
Today I uploaded my documents for ILR via TLS, and my biometric appointment is tomorrow morning.
But after I submitted, I realised I signed and submitted Consent form Part 2 and 3 also.
I didn't need to submit parts 2 and 3. What should I do? Can I fix that tomorrow at the Biometric appointment?

How did it go? @avia304
I'm on similar boat, came as PBS dependant and switched to Tier 2 General and then Skilled worker.
COS Issue Date and application submitted: 28th July 2020
Work Start Date as per COS: 07 September 2020
Visa Issue Date and BRP Start Date: 28 September 2020
Can I already submit the application? Or should I wait for 28 days before the COS work start date?

Please do not tag your queries on the topic of others. The same advice applies to you too

Sure, I'll create another thread, asked here since I thought it was a similar case. Thanks.
