ILR Query on spelling mistake

I am planning to apply for my ILR next month and just realised my name has a spelling mistake in the marriage certificate and in the father's name section on the kid's birth certificate.

Both the certificates were issued in India long back and I had used these for my Tier 2 General application. I am sure changing this is not an easy and quick task in India. All my other documents have the correct name - passports, brp, dl etc.

Please help on how to approach this?
1. Can I declare this on a cover letter or is there another way?
2. If assuming this is fixed from India, do I need to declare this and also upload both the documents?
3. Does this classify as 'Have you ever been known by a different name?'

1. A cover letter is enough. You do not need to submit a marriage certificate at all anyway
2. You can but again, your visa was issued as they have seen your marriage certificate already. They are not going to care much now
3. No

Sorry, I forgot to mention. We are applying as a family and I am the main applicant. Does that change anything?
