hope you are all well,
asking for a friend, they have been in the UK from 2015 under mix of FLR(FP) and FLR(M) as below
1) 2015 - 10 year parent route
2) 2018 - 10 year partner route
3) 2021 - 10 year partner route (FP)
4) 2023 - FLR(M)
Given this, do they now qualify for ILR, if not when will the qualify please?
Thanks

They can apply under the 10-year family route using the 'adult settlement' form if they have a total of 120 months under the family rules.

ok thanks,
From the link Zimba sent, I got to this page
https://www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to-remain-family
but there is a seperate option for
1) Partner (family visa)
2) Parent (family visa)
but nothing that says combination of both or 'adult settlement' as Zimba mentioned.
Adult relative is a totally different thing which is for carers?
appreciate some advice if possible, thanks

The combination is possible under the 10-year route as per paragraph SETF 3.1 of Immigration Rules Appendix Settlement Family Life:
Qualifying period requirement for settlement as a partner or parent based on a qualifying period of 10 years
SETF 3.1. The applicant must have spent a continuous qualifying period in the UK of 10 years with permission under the following (or any combination of the following):
(a) entry clearance or permission granted as a partner or parent under Appendix FM (except for permission as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner); or
(b) permission described in the Home Office grant letter as “family permission as a parent” or “family permission as a partner”; or
(c) permission on the private life route under paragraph 276ADE or 276BE(2) before 20 June 2022 or Appendix Private Life; or
(d) entry clearance or permission as a child of a person with limited leave as a partner or parent under Appendix FM; or
(e) permission granted outside the rules as a partner, a parent or child or because of private life on the basis of Article 8 of the Human Rights Convention.

A previously accepted evidence (at level B1 or above) can be used again

thanks again Zimba, I was just wondering if this route is same as Settlement under Long Residency route?
My feeling is it is different as LR could be any kind of visa such as student. so what a re the advantage of choosing 'adult settlement' route over Long Residency please?

They are two separate paths to ILR. They can apply under either route but the family route is less restrictive in its requirements.
The long residence route has different requirements, particularly regrading the absences.
