Clarification on Spouse’s ILR Eligibility Date

Hi
I am seeking clarification regarding my spouse’s eligibility date for ILR.
I entered the UK on 14 May 2021 on a Tier 2 visa, and my own ILR eligibility date is 16 February 2026. I am now planning to apply for my spouse’s ILR at the same time, but I am unclear about her eligibility.
My spouse originally applied as my dependant with vignette validity from 15 March 2021 to 15 May 2021. However, due to COVID travel restrictions, she was unable to travel within that timeframe, and the vignette became invalid.
A new dependant visa application was submitted around 15 July 2021, and approval was granted with vignette validity from 21 August 2021 to 20 October 2021.
My spouse then entered the UK on 18 October 2021.
My question is: Will my spouse be eligible for ILR in line with me, given that she entered the UK more than six months (217 days) after the date of her initial visa vignette?
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on this matter.
Thank you,
Suresh
