hello Immigration Board team, you are doing great work. I sent my query long ago to come inside UK and now again i need your help. Want to know when is the accepted Home office
earliest date to apply for my ILR and my wife ILR and possibly for my new born daughter ILR application.

My details:
Skilled worker working for same employer
Vignette sticker dates : visa valid from: 23-11-2020 valid until : 21-02-2021
Came to UK landed in heathrow on : 08-01-2021
Current BRP has expiry date: 08-11-2025

My wife details:
dependent on my visa
Vignette sticker dates : visa valid from: 01-01-2024 valid until : 31-03-2024
Came to UK landed in heathrow on : 21-01-2024
Current BRP has expiry date: 08-11-2025 (same as me)

My daughter:
Blessed with new baby inside UK - 17-July-2025
No passport yet , no visa yet, birth certificate to be applied in council

Questions:
1) when is the earliest date we / I can apply ?
2) Will my wife be also eligible for ILR after i have been issued ?
3) Will my daugther be eligible for ILR ? After mine is issued, can i apply for her ?
4) Can i apply for ILR for all 3 in one application or individually after my ILR ?
5) what shall i tell my sponsor company now ? i think they do not need to give me COS anymore isn't it ?

Please i would like to know these dates, as i want to travel back home together and i will get stuck if any one of us does not have valid visa renewed.
Any details required on visa/employment , please let me know.I am fulfilling all factors and rules of ILR.e.g. 180days inside.
Always appreciated!
Sk

1. You can apply within 28 days before your initial visa vignette date in November.

2. Your wife need 5 years residence as a deodnwnet before she can apply for ilr. Ypur posts states she only got her visa last year . Your wife kust apply for a Skilled Worker deodnwnt visa extension.

3. Your will be eligible to register as British once you have ilr. A uk born child doea not need ILR to apply for British citizenship.

4. Your spouse does not qualify for ilr if she has only had a dependent visa since 2024.

5. You don't need a new CoS for ILR. You need an employer letter though.

Zimba and CR001 , always appreciate your clear and detailed response.
I got the similar response from you for my new employment 5 years ago before i came to UK. I felt no change now again.
You are doing great job.
God bless.

Zimba or CR001 or someone else.

Need your advise.
I am ready to apply for my ILR this week as my visa vignette was

Vignette sticker dates : visa valid from: 23-11-2020 valid until : 21-02-2021
Came to UK landed in heathrow on : 08-01-2021
Current BRP has expiry date: 08-11-2025

Few doubts:
1) My wife passport getting expired on 17/11/2025 , going to apply renew of passport this week inside UK , it may take a month , assume i get it on 30/11/2025. She was my dependent on my skilled worker BRP (So her BRP also 08/11/2025), i am going to apply ILR this week on priority visa- 5days - assume i get it on 06/11/2025.
Question : What all problems which i need to take care to apply for her Skilled worker dependent visa extn ?
If i wait for her new passport and apply , will it be any problem ?

2) My child new born inside UK
Question: What all consideration i need to be aware of ?

Need your advise.
Thanks

1. The passport only needs to be valid when applying. I suggest renewing her passport after her ILR

2. UK born children can be directly registered as British using form MN1, if one parent gets ILR.
