Hi,

I have ILR (through the global talent route) and my wife is currently on her global talent dependent partner visa becoming eligible for ILR next month. Will she need to apply through SET(M) or SET(O)?

Form SET O.

Many thanks CR001. Is it the same form for children? Both over and below 18 years?

Yes. It is the visa route that determines the form, not your ILR status.

They don't hold family route settlement viss to use form SET M. Completely different visa route and rules.

Question about public funds

Hi,

I am applying for ILR for my wife and two children. I already have my ILR and they are currently on GTV Dependent visas. I receive child benefit. How should I answer the question: "Do you or anyone else who is part of this application receive any public funds?"

Since I am not part of this application, should I mention "NO"? Or should I answer "YES" as I am mentioned in the application as "The person they are joining or accompanying"?

Many thanks, Zimba.

As they got their first UK visa on 29/10/2020, my understanding is that the earliest date they can apply for ILR is 1/10/2025. However, can we submit the online application before 1/10/2025 and then provide biometrics on or after 1/10/2025?
