Hello guy
I have submitted my ILR application using Super priority service. I have a degree and masters which Naric has already verified with certificate. Home office responded with that they are not able to verify my Naric and have to verify externally and that can take some time. How long is sometime? Has this happened to anyone before? Its the same Naric i have used for both spouse visa until date. Email below....

" I have reviewed your application for Indefinite Leave to Remain/Settlement.

We have been unable to verify your NARIC reference to satisfy the language requirements of your application. We have asked for this to be verified externally which may take some time. If you require your decision urgently, you are free to pass the English language test at a minimum of B1 and provide your test certificate and reference to avoid delays. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note as we have begun consideration of your application within the 1-day service standard we have met our obligations under the Super Priority service and you will therefore will not be eligible for a refund of the Super Priority fee."

My question is, I am not sure how long this will take if anyone can help?

No one can tell you how long this will take. My suggestion is to sit for a quick SELT exam instead

Checkout: https://www.trinitycollege.com/qualific ... SE-grade-5

Thank you - I have done that and send the results off to the case worker but haven't received any feedback. As i paid for super-priority service, Can i request for a refund as verification causing the delays is not fault of the applicant ?

Their initial response is saying that you will not be eligible for a refund.

To add to @lolo2's response above, essentially while it is not your fault that the application could not be considered under super-priority, neither is it the Home Office's fault, as they were waiting on NARIC (now ECCTIS) for verification of your records with them. So I think it is unlikely you will get a refund, as they have already made clear.

Your application is now almost certainly in the regular queue and will take the same timeframe as other regular non-priority applications (i.e. once it comes off the super-priority queue, it does not go into a separate fast-track queue).
