ILR(lr) or Family route - Clarification

Dear All,
My wife entered UK on 22nd Dec 2015 as Tier 2 Long term staff partner and since then she has been continuously living in the UK.
Post my ILR(LR), my wife switched to family route and she is currently in 2nd family visa extension which is expiring on 20 July 2026.
As she is completing 10 year (as per her first entry visa) on 22nd Dec 2025, can she apply for ILR(LR) on 24th Nov 2025 (28 days before 1st entry) or she has to wait for her 5 year family route?
She is not out of country continuously more than 180 days and normally go out of country for summer holiday. I hope this is not a problem.
Any advise is highly helpful.
Thanks!

She can apply under long residence when eligible. Note that qualifying period for long residence can include time from the date of first visa issue date

Thanks @zimba!
Could you please confirm if she is eligible to calculate the 10 year from her 1st entry using the Tier 2 Long term staff partner?
Also, one more question from my end. My daughter born in India and she is also in family visa route and continuously living same as my wife.
As I'm holding an ILR and when my wife eventually get an ILR under LR, does my daughter can go straight into citizenship when her current family visa expire on 20th July 2026? or she has to first get her ILR and then citizenship? Please advise.
If she has to get an ILR first, can she get it same time as my wife?
Thanks!

If daughter is under the age of 18, has completed 10 years legally in the UK and both parents are legally resident in the UK, she can apply directly for registration as a British citizen with discretion under Secton 3(1).
If she has not completed ten years, she follows the same pathway as the mother, applies for ILR at the same time as the second/less-privileged parent (in this case, the mother) and then applies for registration.

Hi all!
My wife is nearing 10 years (entered UK on 22nd Dec 2015) and planning to apply her ILR via LR route. When I start look at the below website, it says about there are different rules for periods of time abroad. Could someone help me on this topic? Thanks!

Thanks @zimba.
I have a question for my daughter ILR (LR) application. She born outside of UK and her D.O.B is 23-oct-2013.
As my wife and daughter completing 10 year by end of Nov, I'm planning to apply them via LR route.
My wife completed her Life in UK test, but I'm not sure if my daughter has to complete Life in UK as well?
Any help is really appreciated. Thanks!

I'm filling an application for my daughter and having some clarification about the consent. Could someone please confirm the info I've filled below is correct given I'm representing as a father?

Thanks - If I may ask couple of more question please?
1. As I'm applying my wife and daughter ILR using LR application, do I have to create separate application for each of them or any way I could include my daughter as part of my wife's application?
2. Are there any template anyone can share to support the below documentation as part of my daughter application?

1. Yes. Under the long residence, an applicant should apply on their own and they must qualify on their own
2. Google is your friend

Thanks for the quick response.
Which proof should I have to submit to prove the financial circumstances against my daughter's application? There is no clear information. Do I have to provide last 2 years' bank statement or the parent consent form is enough? Thanks in advance!

There is no financial requirement at all

Thanks, then just signing the third party (part1, part2 and part3) is enough? Because I'm concerning on the below point if I have to submit any proof?
Below is one of the question in the form:
-----
Any other person(s) providing evidence to prove
your financial circumstances should download,
sign and submit the declaration for third party
consent.

Only part 1 is signed by the applicant (or a parent if a child is applying). Part 2 and 3 are irrelevant

Thanks - just curious about the part3. Am I not the sponsor for my child application and her cost as you were saying no financial requirement and no need to sign other than part1. Apologies for the repeated question and thanks in advance!
Also, you could not answer the below one directly. Would you mind answer the below:
Could you please confirm if she is eligible to calculate the 10 year from her 1st entry using the Tier 2 Long term staff partner?

No, you are not a sponsor of the child. That is a whole different thing.
The date of entry is irrelevant.
Please click on the link I gave you and read the advice given. You keep asking the same questions because you do not carefully read the advice given:

Apologies, I did not think the answer was in the link. I did go through them. It did clarify what date can be used for timeline calculation, but did not think visa type answer were also there. I'll check again.
