Summons cost for council tax - ILR application

I will apply for ILR soon.
When I purchased my second property, it was vacant for almost four months (06.23-09.23).
I got the council tax bill of that property in 07.23 with the first monthly payment in 08.23.
I paid the council tax for August and September because the property we occupied by the tenant late Sep.

I received an email from an assessment officer from the local council for the outstanding balance of council tax fee with summons cost on 18/03/24, but I hadn't received any letter or email of it before.

I settled the payment and asked them to send me that council bill to my residential address for reference. The assessment officer from the council confirmed that the pending amount is ZERO on her email.

I realized that there were court cost and summons date 05/01/24 on that council tax, but I never received any official notice requiring me to attend court.

1.) Should I mention on Set (0) form?
2.) Does it affect my application of ILR?

Looking forward to hearing you guys soon.

Thank you

Council tax is a civil issue. It has no relevance to your ILR application

Hello Zimba,

Thank you for your information.

The council tax bill showed court cost and summons date 05/01/24. Was it liability order already? Would this affect my ILR application? because of the good character requirement.

looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you

Again, this has no relevance to your ILR.
