Earliest eligibility date for ILR Set (M)

I will be applying for ILR Set (M), but unsure about the earliest date I become eligible to apply for and could use some advice.
Here's my personal context:
- Been in the UK for about 9 years
- 1st FLR (M) issued on 01/12/2020 (prior time in the UK does not count towards residency)
- 2nd FLR (M) issued on 13/06/2023, expiry set for 08/01/2026
I've lived continuously here and on a 5 year settlement route. When is the earliest I become eligible for ILR (M), is T-28 days, where T is:
1) 5 years from 01/12/2020, so eligibility will be 03/11/2025
2) expiry date of current BRP (08/01/2026), so eligibility will be from 10/12/2025
I think it's option (1), but would appreciate advice.
