Hi all.
Can I apply for Super Priority Service for my Spouse Visa ILR 28 days early? I arrived in the UK on December 14, 2020. Per the guidance, I can apply for ILR up to 28 days early, which means tomorrow - November 16th 2025. My main question remains: Am I eligible for Super Priority Service? I’m asking because the decision will be before I reach 5 year qualifying period. Is this a problem? Thank you

ILR Super priority additional request

Hi everyone! I had my ILR (SET M) biometrics on the 19th of November using Super Priority service. Next day I received an email from the caseworker asking me to send via email the "Family Declaration" form that | apparently forgot to upload with the application. I've just sent it straight away to the provided email address.
My questions:
• Since they requested an additional document, does my application now lose Super Priority status and get treated as standard (up to 6 months)?
• Or do they usually decide very quickly once the missing doc is received?
• Anyone had the same experience with Super Priority and a missing document? Today is Monday , 24th and no news. Thank you

It is usually decided within reasonable time, after they get the requested documents

Hello Zimba. My husband signed the declaration online. Is is acceptable? Or it is necessary to print it, sign and scan it?
Thank you
