What is the earliest date I can apply for ILR?
History:
Granted 10-year FLR(FP) in 2017 (via unmarried partner route) I overstayed my previous visa before being granted FLR(FP)
Switched to the 5-year route: granted on 11/01/2021, expires 08/08/2023
Extension granted on 13/07/2023, expires 10/02/2026
My questions
What are the requirements?
How do I apply online?
I also work as a nurse in a care home , do I still need to pay the IHS surcharge fee?
Thank you to anyone who can answer.

Earliest date of eligibility: 11/01/2021 + 5 years - 28 days
Apply online using form SET(M) here:
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-m
You must meet the min income requirement as usual. IHS does not apply when applying for ILR

Thanks for the response.
If my calculations are correct, my earliest date will be 14/12/2025. However, I’m planning to apply in the first week of January, which is still within the 28-day period before my expiry date of 10/02/2026. Based on these dates, I should submit my visa application no later than 13/01/2026.
Could you please confirm if this is correct?
I’ve already passed my English test as well as the Life in the UK test, and my annual income is £70,000. Could you please confirm whether I still need to submit two years of cohabitation evidence?

I recently submitted my application online, then I realised that I made an error regarding my employment information. I was asked to provide this
“Evidence as directed by Appendix FM-SE for a director or a non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK”
I’m not a director of any company, is there any other way to void this?
