Is she under the 5-year route ? Do you or her have been employed for the last 6 months ? Do you get salary above £18,600 per annum ?
Have you read the official guide:

Thank you Zimbe for the response,
She was on the Partner/Spouse visa from 2019 to 2022 - where there was 1 year break due to covid we could not apply for ILR
And again it got extension -from 2022 to 2026 April GAPs or break
yeah i am earning above £18600 and British citizen

Again, Is she under the 5-year route ??
Did she apply for an extension when she had valid visa in 2023 ?
Did she have any gaps ?? You suggested there was a gap
You provided no proper details

Either of your incomes can be used on its own. There is no need for both incomes

Public funds do not include benefits that are based on National Insurance contributions. National Insurance is paid in the same way as income tax and is based on earnings. People with no recourse to public funds who have paid the necessary National Insurance contributions or have relevant periods of employment or self-employment can claim contributory benefits and statutory payments.
The following benefits and statutory payments are not considered public funds for immigration purposes:
New-Style Jobseeker’s Allowance
Guardian’s Allowance (if in receipt of Child Benefit)
New Style Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
Maternity Allowance
State Pension
Statutory Sick Pay
Bereavement Support Payment
Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit
Statutory parental payments (Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay, Statutory Adoption Pay, Statutory Shared Parental Pay and Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay)
