Hi there forum members i am planning to apply for my wife and daughter ILR on five year route, she was already in UK when she switched her application to marriage route and she got her first visa extension approved on 23/03/2021. can she apply on 23/03/2026 - 28 days i.e 21/02/2026 ?
Second question is regarding my daughter does she needs to apply for naturalisation or ILR with my wife?
Third question is regarding income i am self employed and relying on Category F last year full accounts and accountants certificate of confirmation just to double check my income threshold is £22400 i.e 18600+3800 for dependent am i right?
i will be providing all of the other relevant documents . please advise on that.
Thanks

Yes they can apply on that date.
Non-UK born children must be added, UK born children do not need ILR and can be
registered using form MN1 as British (children do not naturalise)
Ensure to read the income guide:

Non-UK born children have no automatic entitlement to citizenship. For registration by discretion under section 3(1), such a child must hold ILR and at least one parent must be already a British citizen and the other parent must be at least settled. Use form MN1

Hi there forum members and moderators
i had applied for my wife and daughter ILR, I had uploaded all the documents and submitted them on TLS contact website, in the checklist there is a box about cohabitation which is
6 letters and/or other documents addressed to you and your partner at the same address to show that you have been living together during the past 2.5 years
You must provide 6 letters or other documents addressed to you jointly or in both your names.
I had submitted six joint bank statements of Barclays bank spaning 2.5 years I have already submitted my documents but in daughter's section I can upload. My question is are those bank statements from Barclays are sufficient? Please help me they have an appointment on 27 Morning.

@Zimba many thanks for reply!
I did have read it already multiple times along with caseworker guidance as well, the case worker guidance does not say anything specifically to provide letters from multiple sources, all they say to provide 6 letters in joint names to cover 2.5 years.
Thats the reason of my question if you can shed somelight.
Many thanks.

The advice is clear. There is no specific documents to send, you are asking me to confirm something that is NOT part of the rules. Follow the advice and provide whatever you have
