Hi,

I have question regarding the Child ILR. I came on skilled worker visa in 2024. My Husband is Doctor and came in UK as a dependent. Now, He wants to apply as a skilled worker visa. He will be main applicant and i am going his dependent now. I know my ILR Clock will be reversed. I have 2 kids and both are under 18. If my husband become main applicant. will the child ILR clock will be reverse like me?
will they have to wait again 5 years for ILR from husband visa date to 5 years(Based on current ILR Rules)?

Thanks.

Children do not have an ILR residence requirement. They settle when both parents do

So, It means Child can not apply ILR before the parents. If parents get ILR then they will be eligible for ILR.
Am i right?

Yes. The child can get ILR either alongside the parents or after them.
