ILR employer letter without wording "required for the foreseeable future"

Hi everyone. I am preparing to apply for my Skilled Worker --> ILR soon (using 5-day priority). However, my employer has strict HR policies and is refusing to include the exact phrase "required for the foreseeable future" in my employment verification letter.

Instead, they are only willing to provide a strictly factual letter confirming my start date, current job title, current salary, SOC code, and stating that I remain actively employed on a permanent contract.

Has anyone here recently applied for and successfully received their ILR using a factual employer letter that was missing the "foreseeable future" phrase? Any recent experiences would be highly appreciated!

Proposed Template:

To UK Visas and Immigration, Re: Employment Confirmation for XXX

This letter is to confirm that XXX is currently employed by YYY Limited on a permanent, full-time contract.

Mr. XXX commenced his employment with us on 1 October 2021. His current position is ZZZ Engineer. His current gross annual salary is £[Insert Salary].

We confirm that as of the date of this letter, Mr. XXX remains continuously employed by YYY Limited on the active payroll, and his current SOC code is [Insert SOC Code].

The letter only needs to state that the employment is continuing and there are no plans to terminate, it's not a must to include exactly the phrase "foreseeable future". This can be said in many other ways and UKVI knows that.

Likely other migrant workers at your employer have used the same format with no issues.
