Hello,

I have got my ILR in 10 years route few weeks back.

I am applying for my dependants now:

1. My son has completed 10 years in UK.
2. My wife has completed 10 years in UK.

Could you please let me know the ILR visa (type) that I need to apply for my son and wife?

Regards,
Krishna

Hello,

I have ILR status since Aug'2025 (applied through 10 years route with Set LR application).

We are applying ILR for my wife. Should I use the same route of Set LR from or any other different form? Please clarify.

Regards,
Krishna

Just to add,

I have seen an article which says to apply for Set (M) when the spouse is already having settled status.

Krishna

Topics merged!!!

You were advised last year if she has 10 years lawful residence it is form SET LR.

Set M only applies if she holds a spouse settlement visa (FLR M) for 5 years, which doesn't appear to be the case for her based on your previous posts. It is NOT about your status but entirely based on the visa category she holds.
