I am planning to apply Long term Residence application and like to check my eligibility.

1. TIER 2 ICT SHORT TERM - 16/10/2016 ( Enterted to UK) - 13/10/2017 ( Return to India)
2. Tie2 2 ICT Long Term - 04/12/2017 ( entered in UK) - valid until 07/12/2021 ( applied 2 extension with in UK)
3. Switch to Skill Route (with in UK) - 12/12/2021 - 07/12/2026 ( applied one extension so 2+3 years)

Couple of absences

18 Feb 2020 - 02 -Mar-2020
29 Dec 2023 - 18 Jan 2024
07 Nov 2024 - 17 Nov 2024

As per my understanding, I can apply by 18- Sep-2026. Please check and confirm.

As rules are changing so can i apply early like in August and delay biometric until 18 sep-2026?
