Hello All,
I have my ILR appointment very soon and would really appreciate some help in this regard regarding the documents which i need to submit.I have searched across the forums but couldnt find any info regarding this.
My 5 yrs in UK is made up of leave under Tier 1(General) + HSMP + WP.
After looking the the SET(0) form,it suggests that i need to submit
===============================
1)Evidence that you are economically active in the UK in employment or self-employment or both. The
evidence should take the form of documents showing your personal earnings (if you are employed) or business accounts
(if you are self-employed).

2)For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you
met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules
======================================
For no1 i can show payslips,bankstatements etc.
What should i show for no 2?I have my HSMP approval letter but should i show WP approval letters as well?I dont have WP approval letters with me as it was my employer who handled all my WP stuff?Can anyone pls help me here?

Many Thanks

Hello,

Basically what you need is latest 3 months pay slips, KOL in uk certificate, P60 for 4 - 5 years, letter from employement. Incase if you change companies in between it is advised to have a letter from both the employeers.

Rest is with God.
